Neuro Line Creation: From Familiar to New Pathways

A guided creation of mindful art on the earth using nature's bounty. Created to connect with nature, ground, hold, and transform emotion into something seen, shaped, and gently returned to the earth.

Inspired by ancient traditions of altar making, mandala, and rangoli.

A space to create with what is found, enjoy the process, and experience a sense of ease, beauty, and connection.
